- A Lease Agreement and Guarantee must be signed by the student with a Parent or Guardian as Guarantor

The lease period is for the full academic year and students are liable
for this period even if they do not stay for the entire period. No
refunds will be given for early vacation.

Students must comply with all the rules and regulations of the complex as laid out in the lease agreement.

Student must present to Management their NUIG student card as soon after Registration as possible.

All relevant bank charges and expenses are to be incurred by the student/guarantor.
- All students are requested to take out insurance for their personal
belongings, as management is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen
items.

Only tenants named on lease may occupy the premises. Sub-letting is
prohibited. Guests are required to vacate the premises by 12am. No
overnight guests permitted.

Pets are not permitted.

Regular inspections will be carried out to ensure apartments are being
properly maintained. In the event the apartment is not maintained,
management will engage contract cleaners to clean the apartment, the
cost of which will be payable by student.

Security/Damage deposit will be refunded on satisfactory return of the
apartment. Inspection will be carried out on vacation and deposits
refunded less any cost of damages/breakages. Where individual
responsibility for damage cannot be ascertained the cost will be
distributed equally among tenants. If security deposit does not cover
cost of loss then the student/guarantor is liable for the balance
outstanding.

All Students are responsible for maintaining their computer equipment
and updating anti-virus software. Student will be held liable where they
are found to have infected the network.

Individual key-fob will be provided to student on occupation to
allocated room. A replacement cost will be incurred in the event of loss
of key-fob during year. Key-fob deposit will be refunded on safe return
of fob at year end.
