Booking/Security Deposit

A booking/security deposit of € 700 is payable in addition to first moiety. This amount is made up as follows:

Electricity € 150 (refundable)
Security/damage deposit - € 300 (refundable)
TV Licence/Waste/Internet/Cable TV - € 220 (Non-refundable)
Key-Fob deposit - € 30 (Refundable)

Electricity

ESB meters on each apartment with bi-monthly statements payable by students equally. Any balance remaining at end of year will be refunded to student or difference outstanding payable by student/guarantor.

Security/Damage Deposit

If apartments are returned in satisfactory condition at end of year this deposit will be refunded. Deductions will be made for damages or breakages.

TV/Waste/Internet/Cable TV

All tv licence, cable fees, internet access and refuse disposal charges are covered by this non-refundable fee.

Key-Fob Deposit

Each student will be allocated a key-fob to provide secure access to their rooms. Deposit will be refunded on safe return at end of year. Replacement of lost key-fob during year will incur replacement charge.
